Chua manages to open ops centres in Umno strongholds

Opening of a mini Bilik Gerakan in Gemereh.

SEGAMAT (April 28, 2013): For the past three days and nights, Johor PKR chief Chua Jui Meng has been campaigning house-to-house and delivering ceramahs in the Malay heartlands here.
The result of his persistence to walk the villages to extend handshakes and to deliver flyers resulted in the instant opening of two mini election Bilek Gerakan (Operation Centre), in Brata/Jalan Temenggong yesterday and Gemerah this morning.
Chua, who is also PKR vice-president, said: “If there’s a will, there’s a way. Gone are the days when there’s no access to the so called Malay heartland.
“We are all Malaysians and there should be unity, not divisive hurdles to divide the races.”
